Shipping Information

Shipping Rates and Policies: Shipping Rates are a flat rate of $10.50 for up to 10 items purchased. For orders of 11 items or more, there will be an additional rate increase of $8.00. We ship items by Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.  We can also ship Express Mail if needed.  Call to request this method of shipment and pricing for this method. Most items are shipped within 7-10 days. Due to custom manufacturing, custom orders can and often do take 2-3 weeks, sometimes longer, to be shipped. 

Due to factors beyond our control, we are forced to make the following changes to our delivery schedule.  Orders will be placed with our manufacturers on Tuesday mornings, manufactured and picked up the following Tuesday, then packaged and shipped within the next couple of days.  We regret the fact that we must do this, but because of rising fuel prices and social conditions this change has to be made in order to keep our costs down.  If you are in need of an item(s) sooner than the above delivery schedule please feel free to contact us so we can make arrangements to accomodate your needs. 

How to Order: We offer two ways to order. Both are fast and easy to use. The quickest and most accurate method of ordering is through our websites secure shopping cart. This allows us to process your order much more smoothly & accurately. It also ensures that addresses, phone numbers, and names are correctly entered. In addition, this simple and easy-to-understand shopping cart features the latest security measures for your ordering ease and security. Ordering is done online and payment is accepted by PayPal, personal check or money order. If paying by personal check or money order, you will be sent (via Order Confirmation E-mail) directions and address information as to where payment is to be sent. If you prefer, you can always call and place your order personally with us at (814)257-9999 Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Time. However, because we do also run a working farm, we ask that you be patient if your call is answered by a machine. Please, leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Your business is very important to us. All payments are to be made in US Funds. Shipping costs vary for international orders and will be charged regardless of whether the shipping cost shows up at check-out or not. For shipping destinations outside the contiguous United States, first contact us before placing an order or sending payment.

Payment Options: We accept PayPal, Personal Check and Money Orders. Checks will be held a minimum of 14 days before shipping. A fee of $30 will be charged for any returned checks.

Order Cancellations: If you place an order on-line with us, you are entering into a binding contract with us. You have 24 hours to cancel your order. If you do cancel your order make sure you get a confirmation from us via e-mail or phone that your order has been cancelled. Do not assume it has been cancelled without confirmation.

Refunds or Exchanges: If you receive a defective item, DO NOT USE IT, or you will forfeit any type of credit or refund. Contact us immediately for resolution. Please follow these steps in order to ensure your return/exchange will be granted in a timely manner. Not following these steps will FORFEIT any type of refund/exchange:

1. ALL returns/exchanges etc. MUST include a copy of the invoice and a RMA# on the invoice copy and on the outside of the box. 

2. ALL returns/exchanges etc. MUST be shipped back to FarmTack, within 10 days of arrival. 

3. ALL returns/exchanges etc. MUST have all original tags on them. The product(s) must be free from any dirt, hair, grunge, grime etc., only clean items will be accepted for refund or  exchange.  

4. ALL returns/exchanges etc. MUST be stock items. No custom orders will be accepted for return or exchange.    

5. Shipping back to FarmTack is the customer's responsibility. COD's are not accepted. Returns/exchanges without RMA's will be refused. Shipping charges are not refundable.  

6. ALL returns/exchanges must be shipped to: RTZ Sales 198 State Route 1027 Kittanning, PA 16201

Backorders/Out of Stock: Due to the huge demand for our tack products, you may have purchased an item that is temporarily out of stock. When you order an item that is out of stock, it will be placed on back order. Back orders will be shipped as soon as possible unless we receive a cancellation notice from you the customer. We will e-mail you if and when your item(s) are placed on back order and update you as to the staus of the order.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Also, shipping costs can change to reflect current rates. This is something we cannot control. Please, contact us for current shipping rates if this is a concern. We reserve the right to adjust them either higher or lower depending on actual shipping rates.

 

Due to unforseeable and uncontrollable conditions, FarmTack.com will be closing.

We still have a number of items instock.  These items will be sold on a "first come, first serve" basis.  Once an item is gone, it is gone.  We will not be restocking any item.

All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges will be offered.

 

PLEASE measure your animal for the correct size before ordering.

For the correct size check the Size Charts page of this website.  Because of the large number of returns (due to the wrong size) we are forced to apply a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
