Is your tack really made by the Amish? Yes. We are located 15 miles from an Amish community and have formed a business alliance with a few of the tack manufacturers from that community. Do you have mule tack and supplies? No. We do not offer tack specifically geared for a mule. However, because a mule is a cross between a donkey and a horse, our donkey halters should fit a mule. Measure the nose size and the distance over the full crown of the head and compare it with the measurement charts on our "Size Charts" page to know what size to order. What if I want a color you are not offering? The colors available for making halters and headstalls are constantly changing. We try to keep the most popular colors in stock, but sometimes we misjudge. If you want a certain color that we are not featuring, contact us with your request, and we will try our best to get what you want. Are these the only products you will be offering? No. Our product line is constantly changing. We will be adding new products and updating our existing products as new products become available. If we do not have what you are looking for, contact us and we will try our best to help you. What if I want a headstall with stones on it or made some other way than what you have? Most anything that you would want, we can get for you. Contact us with you request, and we will try to help you. However, special orders require additional time to process due to the additional manufacturing time (usually 10-14 days extra). How long will it take to receive my order? Depending on when we get your order, we can get it shipped out in 7-10 days. Rarely, it happens that we run short on stock. If this should occur and what you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as quickly as possible by e-mail so you can decide what you want to do and whether you want to proceed.
