They are soft enough and flexable enough that they are made of 2-ply leather that has been double-stitched for strength. The edges have been finished and painted to provide a nice look. These halters have two adjustments to ensure proper fit. The first adjustment is around the donkeys nose and the second adjustment is over the full crown of the donkeys head. There is also a snap hook on the end of the throat latch strap for the comfort for the animal. The hardwear in these halters is solid brass with rounded and smooth edges which will help extend the life of the halter. These halters have two adjustments for proper fit. One adjustment is around the nose and the other adjustment is over the full crown of the head. The throat latch strap is rolled for comfort and has a snap hook on the end for easy on and off. The hardware in these halters is made of soild brass and has rounded and smooth edges for saftey and durability. The edges of the leather are finished and painted for looks. Need a halter to sell that animal, then this Amish handcrafted poly halter is the one you need. This halter is made of 1" wide webbing. They have two adjustment points, one at the nose and one at the full crown of the head, they also have a snap hook on the throat latch strap. The hardware in these halters is nickel plated and rounded so that there are no sharp areas to injury your animal. These halters are soft and plyable even though they are double-ply, double-stitched and box-tacked at wear points. Should these halters become hard or stiff they can be cleaned by soaking in some oil soap water and scrubbed with a brush.
