These halters are made of top-quality, 5/8 inch wide material by local Amish men. This beta material is very flexible and strong, and because of its flexibility it conforms to your donkey’s head and makes a secure fit. All the pieces of this halter are double-ply and double-stitched except for the crown strap and the throat latch strap, which are single-ply. The hardware on the black, white and colored halters are made of stainless steel which is long-lasting and rust-resistant. If a brown colored halter is preferred, the hardware will be made of solid brass. All of the hardware has rounded and smooth corners so your animal will not be injured. There is an adjustment on the nose and one on the crown so that you can get the proper fit for your donkey. Because this halter is made of beta material which is similar to a rubber-type material, it is easy to take care of. It only needs to be washed off with soap and water to look like new again. NOTE: THe Red, Blue, Green, Orange & Purple colored materials only comes in 3/4" widths. See AlsoPLEASE measure your animal for the correct size before ordering.
