This halter/bridle combo can easily be changed from a halter to a bridle or vice versa. It only takes the hooking or unhooking of two snaps and it’s done. This combo is also extremely easy to take care of. It only needs an occasional wiping off to stay looking nice. The halter part of this combo is made like any other halter with these exceptions. The throat latch is attached to the crown strap and the browband with a Chicago screw and the side cheek straps have a loop on them so you can attach the bit straps to them. The noseband, side cheeks, browband and crown are 5/8” wide double-ply beta material while the throat latch and bit straps are 5/8” wide single-ply beta material. There are adjustments on the nose, throat latch, crown and bit straps so you are sure to get a proper fit at all of these positions. The bit straps have a conway buckle at the bit end and a snap hook at the end where it attaches to the side cheeks. The bit and curb strap ARE NOT included with this combo, however split-type reins ARE included. The reins are 5/8” wide and 7’ 0” long. They are made of matching beta material. The reins attach to the bit with conway buckles. If a curb strap is purchased separately it will be made of matching 5/8” wide double-ply beta material. It will have a buckle at each end so you can adjust the curb length to get the right fit. The hardware in this combo (including the optional curb strap) is made of long lasting and rust resistance stainless steel on the black, white and colored beta combos and of solid brass on the brown beta halter/bridle combos.

NOTE: If ordering the Red, Blue, Green, Orange or Purple colored material everything will be made of ¾” wide material.
