Biothane Mini Horse Halter/Bridle Combo

This halter/bridle combo has a patent-leather style look to it and is extremely easy to take care of. All it needs to stay looking nice is an occasional wiping off. This combo is made by local Amish men out of top-quality biothane material. The halter part of this combo is the same as a regular halter except that the throat latch does not connect to the crown strap. The throat latch is a separate piece of ¾” wide biothane material with an adjustment on it so that you can get the correct fit for your horse. There is a buckle and a loop on each side of the halter where the cheek straps and the crown strap meet. This buckle allows you to adjust the crown strap so you get the proper fit. The nose also has an adjustment on it so you get the proper fit around your animal’s nose. Except for the throat latch strap and the crown strap, which are single-ply, all of the pieces in this combo are made of double-ply ¾” wide biothane material. All of the hardware is stainless steel (except for the brown material which is solid brass) which is rust-resistant. The bit straps are made of ¾” wide single-ply biothane material. They have snap hooks on the end where they attach to the loops on the halter at the cheek straps, and they have conway buckles on the end where they attach to the bit making them adjustable so you get the correct fit with the bit. This hardware is also made of stainless steel and solid brass. The reins are a split-type rein made of black beta material with 12” of matching halter/bridle biothane material at the bit end. They are ¾” wide and 7 ’0” long with conway buckles for attaching them to the bit. This halter/bridle combo DOES NOT come with a bit or curb strap, however, a matching curb strap can be ordered. When ordered separately, this curb is ¾” wide and has two stainless steel or solid brass buckles (one at each end), so you can adjust the curb length to get the proper fit.
