These Amish handcrafted headstalls come with matching 7' long split reins. The reins are single-ply nylon while the headstall is double-ply. Both the reins and the headstall are made of 3/4" nylon that is double-stitched and box-tacked for strength. The browband is 3/4" matching nylon. The hardware is nickel plated and rust resistant. The bit and curb/chin strap are sold separately. These headstalls are soft and flexible while being strong, should they become stiff and dirty they can be cleaned by soaking in water and scrubbing with a brush.
