Beta Standard Donkey Halter/Bridle Combo

This halter/bridle combo is extremely easy to take care of. All it needs to stay looking nice is an occasional wiping off. This combo is made by local Amish men out of top-quality beta material. The halter part of this combo is the same as a regular halter except that the throat latch is attached to the crown strap and the browband with a Chicago screw. The throat latch is made of 5/8” wide beta material with a buckle for adjustment on one end and a snap hook on the other end, so that you can get the correct fit for your donkey. There is a buckle and a loop on each side of the halter where the cheek straps and the crown strap meet. This buckle allows you to adjust the crown strap so you get the proper fit. The nose also has an adjustment on it so you get the proper fit around your animal’s nose. Except for the throat latch strap which is single-ply, all of the pieces in this combo are made of double-ply ¾” wide beta material. All of the hardware is stainless steel (except for the brown beta which is solid brass) and rust-resistant. The bit straps are made of ¾” wide single-ply beta material. They have a snap hook on the end where they attach to the loop on the halter at the cheek strap and they have a conway buckle on the end where they attach to the bit, which is adjustable so you get the correct fit with the bit. This hardware is also made of matching stainless steel or solid brass. The reins are a split-type rein made of matching beta material. They are ¾” wide and 7’ 0” long with a conway buckle for attaching them to the bit. This halter/bridle combo DOES NOT come with a bit or curb strap, however, a matching curb strap can be ordered. When ordered separately, this curb is 5/8” wide and has a stainless steel or solid brass buckle at each end, so you can adjust the curb length to get the proper fit.

NOTE: If ordering the Red, Blue, Green, Orange or Purple colored material everything will be made of ¾” wide material.
